Store Policy

Glam-O-Rama Cleans of Dunn follows standards and policies set forth by the International Fabricare Institute. These policies are standard to all dry cleaners around the country.

• We are not responsible for any items left after 90 days.

• Customers are encouraged to pick up their entire order on the return visit.

• Any disputes should be voiced to management within 24 hours. 

• We cannot assume responsibility for inherent weakness, stains, prior damage or defect in materials that are not readily apparent to processing.

• In dry cleaning and laundering we cannot guarantee against color loss, color bleeding, and shrinkage; or against damage to weak and tender fabrics. Despite the utmost care taken in the dry cleaning and laundry process, we can not guarantee manufactures faulty dyeing, fading, shrinkage or normal wear and tear during the cleaning process.

• Responsibility is also disclaimed for trimmings, beads, buckles, buttons, belts, shoulder pads, sequins, zippers, etc.

• Differences in count must be claimed at the time of pick-up.

• In case we find our miscount when tagging, we will inform you upon pick-up and what was miscounted.

• All household items, leather and suede garments are cleaned 100% at customer’s own risk.

• We reserves the right to refund in the case of loss by either cash or store credit.

• The company’s liability with respect to any lost or damaged articles of clothing shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for washing or dry cleaning on any regular garment.

• We will not clean clothing infested with scabies, bed bugs, mites, fleas or any such contagious parasites or insects.

• The company reserves the right to reject an item, due to special circumstances, including but not limited to:

  a) Garments that may affect the health of our employees.

  b) Garments that could easily transfer colors such as polyester and other synthetic materials.

• All terms and conditions are on the back of each customer receipt.

Statins: We do not guarantee removal of all stains and spots. Circumstances beyond our control may prevent us from successfully removing some stains and spots. Payment is required even when a stain cannot be completely removed. A release may be required for further attempts.

Personal Items: Please check all garments for money, jewelry, detachable buttons, cufflinks, belts or other valuables prior to bringing them to us. If we find any valuables in your garments, we will make every effort to safeguard and return them to you. However, we cannot be held liable for the loss of any found personal items.

Customers are responsible for checking their order to ensure all items are present, we disclaim liability for any discrepancies once your order has left the store.
